Welcome to TFBTech. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website tfbtech.com and all digital products, subscriptions, and services offered by Brooks Anderson, a sole proprietor doing business as TFBTech (we, us, or our), located in the State of Ohio, United States.

By accessing this site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use TFBTech. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Services

TFBTech sells digital products including AI prompt packs, automation templates, guides, and access to the Prompt Library Club subscription. All products are delivered digitally. We may add, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tfbtech67@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe through Squarespace Commerce. The Prompt Library Club is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the interval you select (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a prompt pack, template, or membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or claim authorship of our materials. You may adapt prompts and templates for your own business but you may not distribute the adapted versions as your own commercial product.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the site and products is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tfbtech.com, including prompts, templates, copy, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Brooks Anderson d/b/a TFBTech or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

8. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Our products help you use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others. We do not control those tools. Outputs generated by AI systems are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any output you use in your business.

9. No Professional Advice

Nothing on tfbtech.com is legal, financial, tax, medical, or real estate professional advice. Our products are educational tools. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

10. Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brooks Anderson d/b/a TFBTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brooks Anderson d/b/a TFBTech from any claim arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our products ends and you must stop accessing and using our materials.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
