Grok bots · AI agents · Agentic training

Your own AI Chief of Staff, built and trained for your business.

A chatbot waits for you to type. An agent gets to work. I'll set up a Grok bot with its own agents and daily routines, train it on how your business actually runs, and hand you the keys.

90-minute live session over video. Written playbook emailed after.

The basics

What's a Grok bot?

Grok is the AI assistant from xAI. A "Grok bot" is what you get when you stop using it like a search box and set it up like a staff member: with a job description, background on your business, specialized agents, and routines that run on a schedule.

I run my own business with one. I call it my COS (chief of staff). It briefs me in the morning, drafts follow-ups, keeps my content moving, and flags what needs my attention. This page shows you how to get the same thing.

Chatbot

You do the driving

Waits for a prompt. Forgets your business between chats. Gives you one answer, then stops.

AI agent

It does the driving

Knows your business, your voice, and your goals. Takes a job, works through the steps, runs on a schedule, and reports back.

Agentic bot training

How we train your bot

"Training" doesn't mean coding. It means giving your bot the same onboarding you'd give a great new hire. Here's the framework I use:

  1. Business brain

A context file covering who you are, who you serve, your services, your tone of voice, and the way you like things done. Every agent reads from it.

  2. Agent roles

Instead of one bot doing everything, we create focused agents: an inbox agent, a follow-up agent, a content agent, a research agent. Each one gets clear instructions and a definition of "done."

  3. Routines

Scheduled tasks that run without you asking. A morning briefing at 7 AM, a Friday pipeline review, a Monday content plan. Set it and forget it.

  4. Guardrails

What your bot never does on its own: send messages, spend money, or touch sensitive client info. It drafts, you approve. For Realtors, that includes Fair Housing review on anything marketing-related.

  5. Feedback loop

How to correct your bot so it gets better every week, plus a simple monthly tune-up checklist.

What it can handle

Jobs your AI Chief of Staff can take off your plate

Morning briefing

Today's priorities, follow-ups due, and the local news or market updates that matter to your clients.

Inbox triage

Sorts what needs you today, drafts replies in your voice, and flags anything urgent.

Lead follow-up

Drafts check-ins for people who went quiet so nobody slips through the cracks.

Content engine

Weekly post ideas, captions, video scripts, and newsletter drafts built around your business.

Meeting prep

One-page briefs before calls: who they are, what you discussed last time, what to ask.

Weekly review

A Friday recap of what moved, what stalled, and the three things to focus on next week.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. If you can send an email, you can run this. I do the setup with you and the playbook covers everything step by step.

What do I need before the call?

An X account you can sign into for Grok, and about 10 minutes for the intake form. Some Grok features need a paid plan; I'll tell you on the intake whether you need one for what you want to build.

Why Grok instead of ChatGPT or Claude?

They're all good, and I use all three. Grok is what I run my own chief of staff on because of how it handles agents, routines, and real-time info. If another tool fits you better, the Claude AI Setup session is the same price.

Will it send emails or post for me on its own?

Not unless you decide it should. By default, everything we build drafts and suggests. You review and hit send.

Is my business data safe?

We set guardrails from day one: no passwords, financial info, or sensitive client details go into the bot. I'll walk you through the privacy settings and what stays off-limits.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. The AI Chief of Staff Kit has the setup guide, prompts, and agent templates I use. Grab it and build at your own pace.

Stop doing the work your bot could be doing.

90 minutes. One working AI Chief of Staff. Built around your business.
