TFBTech sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds are offered, except as required by law.

One-Time Purchases (Prompt Packs, Templates, Guides)

Once a digital product has been delivered or the download / access link has been issued, the sale is final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Prompt Library Club Membership

The Prompt Library Club is a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund or pro-rate partial billing periods.

Duplicate Charges and Technical Issues

If you have been charged twice in error, or you cannot access a product you have paid for, email tfbtech67@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded. Access issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all products and subscriptions.
