This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses tfbtech.com or uses any TFBTech product. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense our prompts, templates, or other materials
• Claim authorship of our materials or remove our attributions
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-copy the site or member area
• Use our products to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringing on any third-party right
• Use our products to generate spam, phishing, malware, or content that impersonates another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or portion of the site
• Interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other users
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the site except for legitimate search-engine indexing
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

AI Use Standards

When using our prompts with third-party AI tools, follow those tools' usage policies (for example, OpenAI's or Anthropic's usage policies). You are responsible for your own compliance.

Consequences

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any fees paid, and legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement.
