Built by a Realtor who uses AI in his own business
TFBTech (Tech for Small Business) was started by Brooks Anderson, a licensed Realtor in Columbus, Ohio since 2014. Brooks works with the Vutech Ruff team at Cutler Real Estate and co-hosts the Game Plans podcast.
He built TFBTech because most AI advice isn't written for people who spend their days showing homes, answering clients, and keeping up with marketing. Every prompt is one he would use himself: clear, practical, and written to produce a first draft you review and make your own.
TFBTech started with real estate agents and is expanding to small business owners in every industry.

FAQ
What should I type into ChatGPT as a real estate agent?
Start with the task, give it context, and say what format you want. For example: "Write a 150-word listing description for a 3-bedroom ranch with an updated kitchen and a fenced yard. Professional tone, focus on the features, no neighborhood characterizations." TFBTech prompts are built the same way, so all you do is fill in your details.
Should I use ChatGPT or Claude?
Both work with every TFBTech prompt. ChatGPT is a good general-purpose choice, and many people find Claude strong on longer, natural-sounding writing like emails and guides. Use whichever one you already pay for, or try the same prompt in both and keep the better draft.
Will my clients know I used AI?
Not if you treat the output as a first draft. Add your own details, local knowledge, and voice before anything goes out. The prompts are written to give you a starting point, not finished copy to paste without reading.
Are the prompts Fair Housing compliant?
The real estate prompts come with Fair Housing guidance, such as describing the property and its features rather than the people who live in an area. AI can still produce problem language, so you are responsible for reviewing everything against Fair Housing law and your brokerage's policies before publishing.
What do I get in the AI Toolkit Club?
5 to 10 new prompts and a short implementation template each month, plus the back catalog, for $12/month. Cancel anytime. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Is TFBTech only for Realtors?
No. It started with real estate agents and now covers small business owners too. The Starter Pack and most Club workflows work for any business.
